Your role and responsibilities

As a core member of the H R team , you will deliver HR service assistance in terms of recruitment of the production employees to the HR community, business managers and employees. You will assist internal customers, with accurate and timely processing of recruitment, while ensuring that quality controls are maintained.

The work model for the role is onsite with opportunity for home office.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Responsible for the overall Recruitment process for production staff - posting job advertisements, pre-selection, organization of job interviews, communication with candidates, maintaining an accurate database
• Provides support and delivers information in a timely manner to all stakeholders
• Identifies opportunities for improvement of existing processes and procedures, based on feedback and experience with customers
• Liaises with recruitment agencies and represents the company during external employer branding events and career fairs

Qualifications for the role

• A university degree or on-going student in relevant field
• Experience in HR role / recruitment would be considered as an advantage
• Fluent English language
• Experience with MS Office
