We are looking for a communicative and well‑organized candidate for the position of Quality Specialist for our Service Unit in Brno.

Your main responsibility will be to manage quality processes - from incoming inspection to supplier and customer quality, as well as internal quality. We are looking for a proactive candidate who will not only set up the quality management system but also personally carry out specific solutions to quality issues.

The work model for the role is: onsite

This role is contributing to the ELSE division.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Setting up the quality management system within the Service division
• Applying modern quality methods
• Overall evaluation and management of all quality indicators
• Ensuring and performing incoming inspection
• Managing customer and supplier complaints
• Evaluating internal quality
• Active cooperation with other departments

Qualifications for the Role:

• Secondary or university education in economics or technical fields
• Knowledge of advanced quality methods
• Experience in the field of quality
• Good command of English for daily written and spoken communication
• Ability to work independently
