We are looking for a communicative and well‑organized candidate for the position of Procurement & SCM Manager for our Service Unit in Brno.
Your main responsibility will be to set up supply chains and secure components for our projects. We are seeking a proactive candidate who can not only coordinate the purchasing team but also collaborate across the organization. At the same time, this person should be able to manage both operational requirements and the long‑term setup of the supply chain.
The work model for the role is: onsite
This role is contributing to the ELSE division.

We are looking for a communicative and well‑organized candidate for the position of Procurement & SCM Manager for our Service Unit in Brno.
Your main responsibility will be to set up supply chains and secure components for our projects. We are seeking a proactive candidate who can not only coordinate the purchasing team but also collaborate across the organization. At the same time, this person should be able to manage both operational requirements and the long‑term setup of the supply chain.
The work model for the role is: onsite
This role is contributing to the ELSE division.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Leading the operational purchasing team
- Material management and building alternative supply chains for key materials
- Negotiations with suppliers - from commercial, quality, and partially technical perspectives
- Managing requests for quotation (RFQs) and tender processes
- Implementing new purchasing tools and efficient administrative processes
- Ensuring logistics related to material imports
- Active cooperation with other departments
Qualifications for the Role:
- Secondary or university education in economics or technical fields
- Knowledge and experience with purchasing/logistics processes and systems
- Experience in strategic purchasing is an advantage
- Experience in people management is an advantage
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Good command of English for daily written and spoken communication
