We are looking for a dynamic leader to head our Operations & Maintenance team. In this role, you will ensure our renewable energy plants perform at their optimal best from a techno-commercial perspective. Your leadership will directly impact portfolio performance, safety, and profitability.
What You'll Do
- Lead the O&M team to ensure portfolio performance exceeds budgeted production targets across all plants.
- Own the P&L of all projects, managing budgets, contracts, stakeholder relationships, and customer engagement.
- Implement and uphold Management Systems and HSE practices across the entire portfolio.
- Deliver overall KPIs covering performance, safety, commercial results, and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee O&M contracts, AMCs, warranty management, and inventory and asset management.
- Support Business Development, Engineering, and cross-functional teams on new projects including M&A and O&M budgeting.
- Drive employee engagement, CSR initiatives, and ensure smooth handover from construction to in-house O&M readiness.
What You Bring
- Significant experience in operations and maintenance management within renewable energy or power generation.
- Proven P&L ownership and strong commercial acumen in managing multi-site portfolios.
- Deep understanding of HSE standards, statutory compliance, and management systems.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration.
- Excellent analytical and relationship management capabilities.
- Self-motivated mindset with innovative and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Strong industry network and familiarity with forecasting, scheduling, and reporting processes.
