Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate service work done at site and ensure it complies with ABB's and customer's guidelines. Each day, you will act as a single point of contact for the customer during the execution of a service job. You will also showcase your expertise by leading and delivering responsive support coordination to exceed customer expectations/experience.

Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate service work done at site and ensure it complies with ABB's and customer's guidelines. Each day, you will act as a single point of contact for the customer during the execution of a service job. You will also showcase your expertise by leading and delivering responsive support coordination to exceed customer expectations/experience.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid
You will be mainly accountable for:
- S ervice delivery, contract execution, and customer focus and working with engineers and field service managers to mitigate the issues identified.
- Tracking completion of service visits and ensuring all documentation are completed in a timely manner.
- Planning, scheduling, and execution of field service activities
- Ensuring all work is delivered in accordance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining and monitoring competency and certification database.
- Collaborating with other Field Service Managers to ensure Field Service Engineers resources are allocated to maximize completion of customer service requests and contract delivery.
Qualifications for the role
- 2-3 years in a service coordination or administrative role
- Excellent scheduling and time management
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM systems (SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
