We are an international technology leader shaping the future of industrial digitalization. To strengthen our Operative Sourcing Team for Indirect Material & Services, we are looking for a Procurement Specialist who supports internal stakeholders by delivering reliable, compliant, and efficient procurement services across Europe.

In this role, you will work closely with Procurement Managers, sourcing teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders in an international environment. You will contribute to smooth day‑to‑day procurement operations and support the continuous improvement of procurement processes within a rapidly developing organization.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Executing operational purchasing and logistics‑related activities in accordance with procurement standards and policies,
• Supporting the implementation of procurement and sourcing strategies to meet business requirements,
• Ensuring compliance across quality, delivery, cost efficiency, and sustainability,
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely procurement execution.

The work model for the role is: hybrid.

This role is contributing to the Indirect Material & Services Procurement in Europe. The main stakeholders are our subsidiary companies, which you will support as internal customers across different regions.

You will join an international and collaborative Operative Sourcing team within Indirect Material & Services. The team values reliability, knowledge sharing, and a pragmatic, solution‑oriented approach, while working closely with colleagues across regions, functions, and cultures.

Qualifications for the role:

• Degree or vocational education in economics, procurement, logistics, supply chain, or a comparable field,
• Relevant practical experience in procurement, purchasing, logistics, or a related operational role,
• Confident use of ERP systems, ideally SAP; experience with SAP Ariba is an advantage,
• Fluent English (B2/C1) and Polish; German is highly valued but not mandatory, additional languages are a strong asset,
• Good Excel skills and confidence in working with operational data,
• Structured, reliable, and proactive working style with strong attention to detail.
