- Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing, and commercial terms.
- Monitor supplier performance through defined KPIs and ensure adherence to delivery, quality, and service expectations.
- Conduct periodic supplier reviews, assessments, and audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Quality, Operations, Finance) to align supplier performance with business needs.
- Identify areas for improvement and drive supplier corrective actions.
- Manage supplier onboarding, qualification, and risk-mitigation processes.
- Act as the escalation point for supplier-related issues or disputes.
- Ensure full compliance with SLB policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
- Support sourcing strategies, new supplier evaluations, and innovation initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong long-term supplier relationships.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in supplier management, procurement, or supply chain operations.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication capabilities.
- Experience in contract management and supplier performance evaluation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and geographies.
- Proficiency with procurement tools and data analytics.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
