In which organization will you work as a Supervisor Mechanical and Electrical (M/F) ?
We are looking for one of our clients in the Energy & Nuclear Power sector for a Supervisor Mechanical and Electrical (M/F), based in Region PACA for a long-term consultancy mission. for a 12-month assignment, with the possibility of a permanent contract directly with the client.
Position Context
The main purpose of this role is to manage all activities within a specific perimeter of responsibility, such as a technical discipline, a system, or a group of buildings . You will act as the technical reference point, ensuring that site progress aligns with international quality standards and project schedules .

What profile and skills are required for this Supervisor Mechanical and Electrical (M/F) position?
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Mechanical/Electrical (M/E) installation.
Proven track record in at least one technical discipline related to large-scale infrastructure.
Experience in specific electrical field expertise is highly welcomed.
Technical: Mastery of internal supervision procedures, construction documentation assessment, and as-built validation .
Soft Skills: Highly organized, able to work independently as well as part of a multi-disciplinary team, and resilient under pressure .
Communication: Strong ability to communicate effectively with third parties, including contractors and clients.
Language: Fluent in English .
Master's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation & Control (I&C) engineering .

Supervisor Mechanical and Electrical (M/F) : What will your missions and responsibilities be?
- Supervision & Quality Control: Implement Quality Control (QC) doctrines and prepare internal surveillance plans by discipline or area.
- Project Monitoring: Assess and review initial schedules, monitoring progress at a 3-week look-ahead level.
- Contractor Management: Advice on contractor site progress (resources, organization, sequencing) and support Contract Management with technical drafting and alerts.
- Technical Expertise: Provide specialized insight in your key discipline and assess technical Non-Conformities.
- Site & Off-site Follow-up: Perform technical follow-up of on-site activities and conduct off-site supervision at factories and storage hubs.
- Coordination & Reporting: Liaise with international stakeholders (F4E/IO/SO), attend weekly meetings with contractors, and write monthly progress reports.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure proper implementation of quality rules and support the HSE team in case of abnormal situations.
