We are looking for one of our clients in the Energy & Nuclear Power sector for a Project Coordinator (M/F), based in Region PACA for a long-term consultancy mission. for a 12-month assignment, with the possibility of a permanent contract directly with the client.
Position Context
As an internal project delivery manager, you will be the operational lead for a defined scope of works. Your mission is to ensure that all delivery milestones are met-from the call for tender phase to the final takeover-while maintaining the highest standards of Health & Safety, Quality, and Nuclear Safety.
Project Coordinator (M/F) : What will your missions and responsibilities be?
What profile and skills are required for this Project Coordinator (M/F) position?
At least 10 years of experience in Project Management.
Proven track record on complex and large-scale engineering or industrial projects.
Previous experience in nuclear projects (5 years minimum) is highly required to demonstrate a strong Nuclear Safety Culture.
Technical Proficiency: Ability to read complex plans/models, knowledge of ISO 9001, and familiarity with codes and standards.
Communication: Exceptional communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders and write contractual procedures.
Interpersonal: Strong management skills, ability to motivate teams, and stress management in a high-pressure environment.
Safety & Quality: Advanced knowledge of HSE audits and a deep understanding of documentation traceability in complex lifecycles.
Language: Fluent in English .
Master's degree in General Engineering.
Specialization in Civil Works, Mechanical, or Electrical engineering is a plus.
Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) are considered an advantage.

Project Coordinator (M/F) : What will your missions and responsibilities be?
- Operational Leadership: Act as the main point of contact for coordination and planning of design, construction, and testing activities within your scope.
- Contract & Tender Management: Coordinate the call for tender phase until award and lead kick-off meetings with contractors.
- Technical Direction: Provide instructions and technical recommendations (TRS) to contractors, ensuring all scope is delivered according to approved quality and internal procedures.
- Interface Management: Manage internal and external interfaces, liaising with other Project Coordinators and escalating workload or arbitration issues to Delivery Team Managers.
- Project Controls: Participate in the deviation process (SDRs, MFS, NCRs) and ensure regular reporting on progress and milestones (RFOC, RFE, etc.).
- Continuous Improvement: Exchange best practices with the team and help develop tools to simplify day-to-day operations.
