Job Description: Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer I Location: Wilmington, United States Start Date: 26 March 2026 Pay Rate: $54.74 Per Hour Job Description: As a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer I, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software products and systems through the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and automated testing scripts. You will work closely with development teams to identify and resolve issues, as well as provide feedback on product quality. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts Identify and report software defects Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues Conduct regression testing and performance testing Automate testing processes where possible Provide feedback on product quality and usability Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium or Appium Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills
