Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

This role is contributing to the Electrification Division in México.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Executing continuous improvement and strategy deployment and working with the core team to standardize processes and develop best practices.
- Administration of Connect Ideas system. Which consists of reviewing and evaluating the initiatives of the operational staff, managing initiatives with all departments and evaluating the execution of all approved ideas.
- Execution and administration of the 5S's system. Evaluate compliance with weekly audits, develop dashboard charts and report results to the entire organization in conjunction with the continuous improvement team.
- Participation and execution in kaizen events. Consists of participating in the kaizen events given by the continuous improvement department in order to learn and then plan the execution.
- Create material for specific lean tool courses, share knowledge of the tools with hourly personnel.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
- Active students from last 3 semesters from careers like Industrial engineering or related, with availability monday to friday full time.
- Knowledge lean manufacturing and tools.
- Lean systems project coordination and implementation.
- Implementation and management of information using power apps.
- Effective communication, proactive, team work & results oriented.
