This position reports to:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the deployment of the quality and continuous improvement strategy for a local organizational unit, including quality and CI culture, systems, tools, and competent teams with the aim to achieve and exceed customer expectations, while ensuring sustainable operations.
Each day, you will assist the organization in achieving the right mix of prevention, continuous improvement, robust root cause analysis, quick response, and sustainable solutions to problems. Mentors and coaches' teams to achieve operational excellence and drive improved results. Deploys, leads and supports projects to improve and sustain local business performance. You will also showcase your expertise by collaborating with local functions that impact the quality results to reach the targets for the organizational unit and aim for world-class performance.

Your role and responsibilities:
- Drive and support Continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, efficiency and quality performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions.
- To build and contribute to continuous improvement culture through active Coaching of internal and cross organizational improvement projects.
- Facilitate Lessons Learned activities, ensuring insights are captured, analyzed, and implemented to prevent recurrence and foster best practices across organization.
- To provide structure and timely framework to support organization with addressing of Top non-conformities and Customer complaints. To keep Management and Customers (ABB Partners) in-formed and updated on the status of Complaints, to elevate Customer focus by transforming Customer Complaints into organization learning and improvement.
- To train local operational teams on relevant elements of quality management focused on Continuous improvement tools and methods, supporting their implementation, and promoting opportunities for improvement (CI campaigns, awareness days etc.)
- Monitor and report on Quality and Continuous improvement metrics and KPIs within assigned areas, ensuring accurate and timely data collection and analysis, alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.
- Specific divisional focuses on the entrusted part of internal partners and acting as divisional SPOC in both quality and continuous improvement (knowledge of relevant tools, systems, approaches, etc.)
Qualifications for the role:
- University degree in quality management, economy, project management or industrial engineering. Engineering background preferred.
- Ability to demonstrate your experience in quality management and process improvement methodologies. Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enthusiastic for continuous improvements, strong innovation mindset & drive change.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal as well written communication skills.
- Strong command of English for daily communication (minimum level B2) including ease communication in technical aspect.
- Excellent training and facilitation skills - ability to share and transfer knowledge, skills and learning within the organization.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and departments to achieve common goals.
- You are an independent user in Microsoft office, skilled in general with IT tools. Statistical analysis software would be considered a plus.
