This position reports to:

In this role, you will work in an Agile Team, supporting the Chapter of Product Managers for Molded Case Circuit Breakers (MCCBs) in optimizing the product portfolio and developing new solutions.
Each day, you will ensure that ABB has a comprehensive understanding of market requirements for molded case circuit breakers and can translate those requirements into offer specifications and development activities. You will leverage your expertise across the entire product lifecycle from development and launch to maintenance, pricing, and profitability of our MCCB solutions.

This role is contributing to the Smart power business in Bergamo.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Conducting market size and trend analysis, as well as competitor analysis to identify offering gaps and evaluate ABB's market standing
- Collecting and understanding market and customer requirements and their impact on new MCCB portfolio developments
- Managing technical specifications and supporting business case development for assigned products
- Providing technical support to customers and sales teams on MCCB-related topics
- Managing the product ecosystem, including master data, documentation, design, and configuration tools
- Working effectively within cross-functional Agile teams using Agile methodologies to deliver incremental value
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Management, or related discipline)
- Strong ability to work effectively within cross-functional international teams
- Fluent in spoken and written English and have a entry level knowledge of italian
- Genuine interest in electrical products and passion for technical solution, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Results-oriented mindset with an innovation-focused approach, with curiosity and commitment to continuous learning
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and iterative development processes would be considered a plus
- Knowledge of low/medium voltage switchgear or circuit breaker technology would be considered a plus
