Job Description

The HR Intern is responsible for assisting HR reps to support employees on topics including relocation, benefits, career development, performance appraisals, compensation, and promotions.

Responsibilities:
    • Assist in preparing materials and logistics for employee information meetings on policies, benefits, and compensation.
    • Provide administrative support to HR reps and managers in interpreting and applying HR policies and programs.
    • Help coordinate HR tools and processes, including scheduling performance appraisals, tracking career planning activities, and maintaining succession planning records.
    • Support employee engagement initiatives by organizing surveys, collecting feedback, and assisting in event planning.
    • Help with initial screening of employment applications and scheduling interviews.
    • Contribute to organizing internal teambuilding events and local community activities.
    • Support onboarding and orientation of new team members by preparing materials and assisting with introductions.
    • Conduct basic research on HR and business issues to support HR representatives.
    • Assist in HR improvement projects by gathering data, preparing reports, and suggesting process enhancements.
    • Handle employee information securely and ensure compliance with data privacy and protection guidelines

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Capable of working in groups as well as independently.
  • Professional time management
  • Team player with an enthusiastic approach to fresh challenges.
