This role is contributing to the HSE ELSB NEMA Nogales site in Nogales, Sonora, Mexico.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigating and reporting occupational health incidents to management and relevant stakeholders, and taking appropriate corrective actions.
- Facilitating, assisting, and providing guidance during incident investigations to identify better ways to mitigate risks.
- Providing feedback to management and employees on lessons learned and best practices from your unit and across ABB.
- Reporting progress on the implementation of group-level occupational health and hygiene objectives and Key Performance Indicators, as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Medicine completed.
- 3+ years of experience as a Medical Doctor.
- Strong medical case management and follow‑up skills.
- Discipline in maintaining employee records and all regulatory medical documentation.
- Very good communication skills.
- General knowledge of manufacturing process safety.
- General understanding of legal compliance requirements.
- General financial/administrative knowledge.
- Tactful, discreet, and able to handle confidential information.
- Intermediate English is a plus.
