This Position reports to:
Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead as Global Product Group Controller for Group Insurance Programs, overseeing ~70 countries, 250+ reporting units and an annual Premium cost between 65-70 MUSD. Provide structured business insights by analyzing OpEBIT, EBIT and OCF versus APP and Forecast; clearly explain variances, highlight risks and recommend mitigation actions.
• Own and coordinate month-end closing activities including review of accruals, allocations, amortizations and intercompany charges; prepare and present Monthly Business Review materials to corporate stakeholders. Lead annual APP and rolling forecast cycles, ensuring alignment between global targets and local execution across countries.
• Ensure robust financial processes and internal controls in line with Group governance; define and implement clear guidelines for cost booking, periodization and back-charges for country SPOCs. Oversee adherence to payment guidelines, proactively resolving bottlenecks to ensure timely and accurate settlements.
• Act as key finance interface between Corporate Finance, Regional Controllers and Insurance stakeholders, driving alignment, simplifying the operating model and leading standardization and automation initiatives across the controlling framework Ensure adherence to transfer pricing guidelines and act as a finance business partner to monitor and enforce compliance with FOS agreements Partner closely with AP, Treasury and Master Data teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and establish efficient processes during new vendor onboarding.

FP&A Specialist Responsibilities:

• Act as the ZC Local Controller for the country, ensuring full compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and reporting requirements across three ZC divisions. Conduct detailed cost center and profit center variance analysis, comparing actuals against budget, forecast, and headcount plans.
• Lead the monthly closing process, including review of: Profit & Loss statement, Balance Sheet reconciliation, Provisions, accruals, and deferrals
• Validate that all financials are accurately reported according to CFIN (Central Finance) guidelines. Deliver monthly Operating Cash Flow (OCF) analysis and commentary, identifying risk areas and driving actions to reduce OCF impact.
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of financial master data, including cost centers, profit centers, hierarchy mappings, and other controlling-related data elements. Provide financial insights and support for ad hoc analysis, strategic initiatives, and local or global projects. Collaborate effectively with Global PG controllers, Country CHO, and global finance counterparts.

Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of Business Controlling/FP&A in an international, cross-cultural environment
• Must have experience in Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and month-end closing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate closely with and execute instructions from Group Tax. Ability to work cross-functional including but not limited to Tax, FAO, Corporate FP&A and other Core Services.
• Ability to navigate in and utilize the new data landscape, example BW, FIORI, CFIN besides hands-on knowledge of source SAP
• Experience in MS Office. Ability to work with diverse teams across different countries.
• Strong and confident communication skills. Professional understanding of Controlling & Planning processes with process improvement mindset.
• Strong team-player, able to involve and drive different stakeholders in a complex organization. Prior experience in working effectively with remote teams including Centralized controlling Teams, cross Business/Regions and FAO.
