Which company will you be joining as a "Marine Superintendent (M/F)"?

We are recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients, a Marine Superintendent for a 12-month mission based in Paramaribo, Suriname. The role will act as the focal point for all marine-related activities, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient marine operation.

"Marine Superintendent (M/F)" What will your missions and responsibilities be?

Goals & Key Deliverables

• Conduct pre-hire inspections and manage issuance/follow-up of action plans for drilling rigs, PSVs, and AHTSs
• Plan, prepare, and coordinate all marine operations, including studies, soil tests, mooring operations, anchor handling, rig moves, and related documentation
• Review and validate marine procedures, JRAs, crew certifications, studies, and other relevant marine inputs
• Continuously monitor operations and maintain communication with the company and contractors to ensure timely, safe, and compliant marine support
• Provide regular reporting on marine operations during both preparation and execution phases
• Enforce company HSE rules and promote a strong safety culture onboard contracted vessel

What profile and skills are required for this "Marine Superintendent (M/F)" role?

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in deep water operations
• Experience with deep water (DW) and shallow rig moves
• Anchor handling experience in shallow water
• Accredited OVID inspector
• Bachelor's degree in Nautical Studies and/or Marine Engineering
• Experience in vessel inspection and audits
• ROV operation experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in shallow water operations
• Unlimited Master Mariner or Chief Engineer license
