The role is responsible for developing and implementing mechanical and pressure equipment integrity programs, inspections, and providing technical support to maintain the safety and reliability of operations.
This position will be for a permanent role supporting one of our major clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement mechanical and pressure equipment integrity programs, including preventive maintenance, inspection schedules, and repair strategies
- Ensure regular inspections of pressure vessels, piping systems, storage tanks, and other mechanical equipment to identify and assess potential integrity issues (frequency in line with relevant equipment strategies)
- Utilize mechanical integrity monitoring techniques and tools to track the condition and performance of equipment
- Provide technical support and recommendations to operations and maintenance teams regarding mechanical and pressure equipment integrity issues
- Prepare detailed reports on inspection findings, recommendations, and corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to mechanical integrity
- Assist in Regulatory Audits, feedback and compliance obligations in relation to Facility Integrity Management Programs.
- Review adequacy/perform gap reviews of facility integrity programs in light of changes in Regulations, Industry standards and guidelines
- Manage mechanical integrity-related projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Train and mentor staff on mechanical integrity principles and practices
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, materials science, or a related field
- API certification or equivalent is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in mechanical integrity assessment tools and software
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical integrity principles, failure mechanisms, and industry standards
