Responsibilities

• Assist FM in carrying out inspections and routine maintenance activities under the M&E scope.
• Responsible for frontline response and operation, attending to complaints/faults, emergency standby.
• Execute scheduled maintenance as planned and carry out breakdown maintenance when fault is detected or reported.
• Hands-on knowledge on BMS.
• Any other tasks, as and when required by the immediate superior.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or Higher NITEC in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / Air-conditioning / Building Services or its equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in M&E or ACMV.
• Experience in using AutoCAD and BIM software to read drawings.
• Able to multi-task.
• Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour.
