Senior Project Manager in London, United Kingdom Start Date: 30 March 2026 Pay Rate: £120,000 per annum Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our clients Construction team in London on a Hyperscale Data Centre Project. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of complex projects from initiation to completion. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of project managers, designers, planners, quantity surveyors and sub contractors Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets Identify and mitigate project risks Communicate with stakeholders and senior management on project status and issues Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards Required Skills and Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred Experience managing large-scale projects in a fast-paced environment Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
