Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead supply planning, inventory management, and resource management in the regional distribution center or local Sales organization. Each day, you will drive planning initiatives to improve customer on-time delivery and lead time. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring adherence to inventory and supply plan.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Owning the site supply planning process.
• Providing visibility of supply capacity and local supply objectives into the Sales and Operations Planning process.
• Running a short-term planning process or Sales & Operation Execution process, ensuring seamless alignment between planning and execution.
• Supporting the profitable execution of customer orders, in coordination with business functions and Supply units (feeder factories).

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering, Business Administration or Electronics.
• 4+ years of experience in similar roles or positions in Supply Chain.
• Relevant experience managing business process projects.
• End-to-end Supply Chain knowledge.
• Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma (certification is a plus).
• KPI management and data analysis. Digital tools (Power BI, advanced Excel, etc.)
• Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking skills, communication and organizational skills.
• Advanced English Level.
