Your role and responsibilities

Drive market-driven product strategy and go-to-market execution, ensuring product-market fit and revenue growth through deep customer insights and cross-functional alignment.

Main Accountabilities

• Creates, plans and ensures implementation of the local go-to-market product marketing strategy including definition and communication of product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy.
• Develops and implements annual marketing plan in conjunction with GIS products.
• Focus on achievement of total demand orders (ABB and 3rd Party), growth margin %, net price variance and requested on-time delivery for assigned products.
• Create demand through technical promotion, provide solutions and a value base selling approach.
• Understands customer needs and drive portfolio optimization and make Roadmap proposal

Requirements

• Education Background: Major in Electrical/Engineering related
• Working Experience: 3+ years of product or marketing relevant experience
• Position Knowledge/Skills: Fluent on English both in written and oral
• Personality: Good communication and interpersonal skills expected, and with good teamwork spirit
