Your Role and Responsibilities
You will perform day-to-day HR transactions for Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, while also managing complex and escalated tasks. You will ensure a high degree of customer experience by committing to a complete, accurate and timely completion of HR transactions. You will also support the globally set standards for HR Operations and ensure that the respective global business processes adhere to the local legal and regulatory requirements.

Your Role and Responsibilities
You will perform day-to-day HR transactions for Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, while also managing complex and escalated tasks. You will ensure a high degree of customer experience by committing to a complete, accurate and timely completion of HR transactions. You will also support the globally set standards for HR Operations and ensure that the respective global business processes adhere to the local legal and regulatory requirements.

In this role, you'll be accountable for:
- Execute and deliver assigned HR Services in compliance with all standard operating and procedures/policies or other procedures in place and according to the defined Service Level Agreement(s).
- Interact with external vendor, support on employee queries and HR community
- Perform annual & monthly Payroll, Compensation and Benefits tasks according to deadlines.
- Enter data into appropriate systems as necessary for assigned activity. Maintain a high level of data quality and accuracy in the systems.
- Support the team on ad hoc activities.
Qualifications for the Role
- Bachelor' s degree
- You have at least 3 years of experience in HR field, preferably payroll, compensation and benefit.
- Good knowledge of payroll rules, preferably "Dirigente" and "Metalmeccanico" labour contracts;
- Good knowledge of Workday, SAP, Microsoft Office, and particularly Excel;
- You have excellent communication skills and you are at ease communicating in Italian and English, both written and spoken;
- You show analytical skills and good attention to details;
- You have a customer service orientation mind-set and a proactive way of working to serve customers with a "can do" attitude.
