Your role and responsibilities
Through industrialization implementation & full-cycle support, ensure the end-to-end value realization of the product from market insight to mass production, and support the company's market share & cost targets.
Drive market-driven product strategy and go-to-market execution, ensuring product-market fit and revenue growth through deep customer insights and cross-functional alignment.
Main Accountabilities
- Lead new product launches, including back & front-end sides, on time, on quality, on cost, realize new product SR target
- Cost management and pricing management for GIS products
- Creates, plans and ensures implementation of the local go-to-market product marketing strategy including definition and communication of product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy.
- Develops and implements annual marketing plan in conjunction with GIS products.
- Focus on achievement of total demand orders (ABB and 3rd Party), growth margin %, net price variance and requested on-time delivery for assigned products.
- Create demand through technical promotion, provide solutions and a value base selling approach.
- Understands customer needs and drive portfolio optimization and make Roadmap proposal
Requirements
- Education Background: Major in Electrical/Engineering related
- Working Experience:3+ years of product special list or marketing & sales relevant experience
- Position Knowledge/Skills: Fluent on English both in written and oral
- Personality: Good communication and interpersonal skills expected, and with good teamwork spirit
