Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
  • Procurement planning and coordination
    Organize the flow of materials and manage purchasing from suppliers, ensuring supply in terms of time, quality, quantity, and cost.
  • Inventory management and stock control
    Implement inventory management systems and oversee stock levels through administrative and documentation processes.
  • Order management and follow-up
    Create, send, and track purchase orders, ensuring on-time delivery and identifying any deviations.
  • Supplier and customer communication
    Maintain direct contact with suppliers and customers to coordinate deliveries, provide timelines, and handle potential issues.


Our Team Dynamics

Our department ensures that all materials, components, and services required for production are sourced on time and at an optimal cost. It also manages the complete flow of materials from suppliers to the manufacturing lines as well as storage and always guaranteeing an efficient and reliable supply chain.

Qualifications for the Role
  • At least three years of experience in purchasing, logistic or procurement.
  • Postgraduate studies related to the area, as well as in the area of purchasing or logistics, will be valued.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 with high/medium level in Excel. Knowledge in SAP MM.
  • High knowledge of English (spoken and written).
  • Skills:
    • Planning and organizational skills
      Essential for managing orders, lead times, inventory, and supplier coordination efficiently.
    • Negotiation and interpersonal skills
      Critical to secure the best terms with suppliers and build strong, long-term relationships. Necessary too for effective coordination across departments (operations, logistics, suppliers, customers).
    • Customer orientation (internal and external)
      Ensures alignment with internal departments and satisfaction of external clients.
    • Problem-solving and proactivity
      Important for anticipating risks and resolving supply chain issues quickly.
