About the Role

As a Welder in our Hardband department, you will work hands-on with pipe grinding and hardband welding using specialized equipment. This role is essential to supporting the expansion of our operations, including the new grinding unit and second shift production.

Key Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform grinding of pipes according to production requirements
• Execute hardband welding using pendulum welding equipment
• Ensure high-quality workmanship in line with company standards
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment

Additional Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department

Qualifications & Skills

Essential Qualifications:

• Experience in welding (preferred within industrial or manufacturing environments)
• Ability to work in a physically demanding, hands-on role
• Basic understanding of technical drawings and production processes
• Willingness to work in a rotating shift system

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with hardband welding or similar specialized welding techniques
• Previous experience in oil & gas or heavy industry
• Forklift or other relevant certifications (if applicable)
