- Conduct cycle time studies, line balancing, and workflow analysis.
- Record and analyse production videos to develop Yamazumi Charts and Spaghetti Diagrams.
- Perform manufacturing data analysis (Pareto, START-STOP data) to identify efficiency opportunities.
- Support Kaizen, ergonomics assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Document findings in structured reports and presentations for the engineering team.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's program in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing and production systems.
- Ability to collect, organise, and analyse data using Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with cycle time analysis, process flow, and workstation efficiency.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to document and present findings clearly.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Hands-on exposure to Lean Manufacturing tools such as Yamazumi Charts, Pareto analysis, and Spaghetti Diagrams.
- Knowledge of ergonomics principles and workplace motion analysis.
- Experience in continuous improvement projects or Kaizen activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for technical reporting and visual analysis.
