Weatherford
- Responsible for planning , coordinating, and organizing work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing of products in accordance with cost, quality, and quantity specifications in manufacturing facility. Ensure that all customer orders meet requirements, delivery dates as well as quality and cost specifications. Enforce procedures and requirements in accordance with Weatherford policies while ensuring the safety and performance of all employees.
Responsibilities
- Assemble equipment per engineered drawings or as instructed by others.
- Inspect completed components for accuracy and functionality.
- Maintain an orderly work area.
- Responsible for producing as per standard cycle time, Quality standards, work order and maintain related documents
- Authorised to raise Zero Defect, RADAR, Stop Work Authority, Improvement Forms
- Authorised to fill start-up check sheet, Process Check Sheet, Signing router as per stage of work.
- Autothorised to do Mandrel Hydro Testing
- Properly maintain company supplied tooling.
- Aid in developing of new procedures and improving existing procedures.
- Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.
- Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
- Performs any assembly type functions, using hand or power tools.
- May operate both stationary and moving overhead cranes.
- Operates any equipment needed to perform job.
- Must be able to read blue-prints.
- Responsible to carry out any other task as advised by the supervisor or top management from time to time
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English.
Travel Requirement:
This role may require domestic and potentially international travel of up to: <10%
Qualifications
- 2-4 years prior assembly or mfg. experience.
- Mechanical aptitude with ITI Qualification.
- Preferable if having Diploma qualification
- Must be able to safely operate material handling equipment.
SKILLS :
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English
