Role and responsibilities

• Creating, planning and ensuring implementation of the local go-to-market product marketing strategy including definition and communication of product value propositions and product positioning.
• Ensuring achievement of established targets through oversight and definition of improvement actions as needed.
• Focusing on achievement of total demand orders (ABB and 3rd Party), growth margin %, net price variance, Net Promoter Score (NPS), inventory turn on finished goods and requested on-time delivery for assigned products.
• Developing and implementing annual marketing plan in conjunction with relevant business areas and product groups.
• Ensures integrity and compliance with ABB values and ethics in all activities across all teams in scope.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor degree or above in Automation or Electrical engineering
• >5 years of experience in engineering, technical support or product management related Drive products
• Proactive attitude and willing to take challenges and encouraging & motivating others to do so
• Good English communication(in word and writing)
• Willing to travel frequently
