Your role in our shared journey

Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by driving the successful delivery of ASICS store development projects across the region. You'll oversee the design, construction, and maintenance of our retail spaces, ensuring each store meets our brand standards whilst managing budgets and timelines effectively. Your work will directly shape the physical presence of ASICS, creating inspiring retail environments that connect customers with our brand.

Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Manage the design and construction process for store projects in accordance with established store design guidelines and standards.
• Create realistic project budgets and oversee the approval process whilst ensuring delivery within the approved budget and timeline.
• Oversee all project management tasks including approvals, presentations, briefings, stakeholder management and vendor coordination.
• Proactively manage repairs and maintenance of the store fleet with a focus on health and safety requirements and store uplifts.
• Support the preparation of annual rent, capital expenditure and repairs and maintenance budgets for retail real estate management.
• Assist with lease negotiations and obtain internal board approvals for contract renewals whilst coordinating with landlords to facilitate store development projects.
• In general, support the delivery of ASICS store development projects including new openings, refits, relocations, closures and maintenance across ASICS-owned stores.

You have the following skills:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in omnichannel retail overseeing store design and construction projects across EMEA.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture, interior design, or retail design.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and AutoCAD.
• Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong project management capabilities with solution-oriented approach.
• Experience in procurement & supplier management.
