Your Role: Own the Challenge/Take on the Journey

• Implement the company's business goals for outstanding operations, promote continuous improvement activities and achieve relevant indicators. Implement continuous improvement in aspects such as product quality, production process, and technological processes.
• Optimize the production process and enhance production efficiency.
• Participate in the research and discussion of quality issues and provide solutions from the perspective of production process improvement.
• Design and follow-up implementation of tooling fixtures. Other work tasks assigned by the department head.

What it takes to Run what runs the world

• Relevant majors in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering or automation.
• Familiar with the use of office, SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Good listening skills in English. Speaking and writing skills.
• Possess strong learning ability, communication skills, logical analysis ability and high stress resistance.
