Job Role Description

The Total Rewards Design Advisor - Associate is responsible for the analysis and implementation of Total Rewards design activities within their immediate work scope, ensuring offerings are aligned with organizational objectives and Total Rewards principles

Job Role Responsibilities

- Advise on the design, development, and implementation of Total Rewards activities
- Influence effective decision-making within their immediate work scope, assessing cost, value, and administrative implications
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis in partnership with external partners to benchmark benefits offerings against industry standards, best practices, and regulations
- Collaborate across teams and with external vendors to ensure effective implementation of Total Rewards design activities
- Draw insights and make final recommendations in line with principles and strategic priorities to leadership
