Your Role and Responsibilities

You will have the opportunity to support the deployment of the quality strategy for a local organizational unit, including quality culture, systems, tools, and competent teams with the aim to achieve and exceed customer expectations, while ensuring sustainable operations. Each day, you will assist the organization in achieving the right mix of prevention, continuous improvement, robust root cause analysis, quick response, and sustainable solutions to problems. You will also showcase your expertise by collaborating with local functions that impact the quality results to reach the targets for the organizational unit and aim for world-class performance.

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:

Process & Product Quality
  • Using quality data analytics from the organization to identify risks, failures, and non-conformances. Improving tools and systems for recording and analyzing.
  • Developing new metrics and statistical tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), enabling better decision-making and continuous improvement (dashboard).
  • Managing EQPS Project (Engagement Quality Problem Solving) and engaging the local organization to improve process and products.

Customer Support
  • Supporting the local team in managing and resolving customer complaints, ensuring timely and effective responses aligned with quality standards and customer expectations
  • Collecting and arranging delivery of new materials and spare parts directly on the field
  • Organizing service activities on site to fix issues with the customer.
  • Monitoring of the warranty costs.
  • Facilitating resolution of customer cases by following a robust root cause (RCA) analysis and implementing preventive and corrective actions according with DMAIC methodology
  • Proposing improvements of tools/equipment and process methodologies based on experienced know-how and technologies development

Qualifications for the Role
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in Quality, Engineering, R&D dept. working as Engineer with experiences on quality, production and development of project customer related.
  • Sound knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical topic, Electrical Diagram and Testing equipment
  • Knowledge of MW 10, Office and Outlook and Power BI
  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
  • A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic is preferable. Also secondary school education will be considered.
  • You are comfortable communicating in Italian and you have a good command of English (B1 level)
  • You possess a valid category B driving license for use in Italy
