Production Unit Supervisor

Your role and responsibilities

Supervise a shift team's progress against work plans as defined by Production management to ensure the proper use of machinery, equipment and assembly lines within a production area. Cooperate with the unit supervisor to create an effective work environment and reinforce production schedules and quality.

The work model for the role is onsite.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Business Area, Distribution Solutions Division, Primary Assembly station.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Work schedules arrangement for effective direct resources allocation according production plan.
• Trace actual efficiency of the production line, as well as takes initiatives to increase productivity.
• Communicates with customers status of ongoing projects and in case of need topics raised throughout process.
• Support process in selection new employees hiring.

Qualifications for the role

• Relevant university degree.
• Related working experience will be considered as an advantage.
• Good knowledge of English language.
• Good computer literacy.
• Strong communication, teamwork and organizing skills.
