JOB DESCRIPTION

The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for gathering parts and materials for production work orders and supporting inventory control processes in a fast-paced warehouse

• Pull, stage, and check work order units to enable production to assemble products.
• Receive piece parts from Quality Control and/or Field Stores, verify shipment against purchase order, and store parts in appropriate location.
• Receive finished goods from material handlers, verify correct parts number and quantities against work order packet, and store in appropriate location.
• May cut cable wire for work orders requiring a specific type, length, and quantity.
• Issue parts and record all transactions accurately.
• May operate the data entry terminal to generate a production inventory control and work order documents
• May complete requisitions to secure needed parts.
• May prepare goods for shipment.
• Assist with physical inventory
• Perform other tasks in and around the warehouse as required.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Forklift experience
• At least 1 year of warehouse or related experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer skills preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in a dusty warehouse environment
