We are looking for a Senior Expert HR Processes & Systems to join our Group HR & HSEQ team. In this pivotal role, leaving the governance, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our hire-to-retire processes, shaping careers and employee experiences across the globe. Your Role:

You will define and execute Bilfinger's Global HR & HSEQ Processes & Systems Framework, ensuring consistency across all regions. Your mission: Standardization, Cost Optimization, continuous improvement and innovation of HR & HSEQ processes, systems, and applications-aligned with our organizational goals and digitalization roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop the Global HR & HSEQ process strategy and translate it into system requirements for the HCM architecture in line with business objectives and. Ensure cost efficiency, compliance, and positive employee experience.
  • Process Governance & Architecture: Act as Global Process Lead for HR, owning end-to-end processes and the HR Governance Framework. Support the design, standardization and harmonization of our HR & HSEQ process landscape, ensuring compliance with labor laws and data protection.
  • Process Scalability & Performance Management: Partner with the Shared Services Organization to build scalable and efficient processes that deliver added-value for all stakeholders. Support the definition and monitoring of process KPIs for efficiency, quality, and compliance. Deliver actionable insights and regular updates to the CHRO and the Senior HR &HSEQ leadership team on the overall process HR & HSEQ performance and support strategic decision making.
  • Digital Transformation & IT Partnership: Partner with Group IT to improve the existing and to develop the future HCM architecture. Help to drive automation and innovation in all HR & HSEQ IT systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, payroll/time platforms). Ensure data integrity and cybersecurity compliance from an HR process perspective. Prepare business cases for strategic investments and cost optimizations.
  • Change & Continuous Improvement: Lead global change initiatives with effective communication and training strategies. Implement feedback loops and benchmarking to foster a culture of operational excellence in the HR & HSEQ function.

What You Bring:
  • Proven experience in Global HR process management and governance
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and digital transformation
  • Expertise in HR IT systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, payroll/time management platforms)
  • Solid understanding of process automation, data security, and system integration
  • Experience working with global process managers and cross-functional governance structures
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills in an international environment
  • Ability to drive change and foster innovation across complex organizations
