Job Role Description

The Products Technologist - Associate is expected to apply technical skills, knowledge of product / application / customer development, and leadership skills to:
- Undertake well-defined and routine tasks on product / application / customer development and / or manufacturing support
- Work under the supervision and mentorship of a senior product expert
- Increase scope for independent contributions in line with developing expertise and business connections in their areas
- Acquire a strong working knowledge of technology fundamentals for their assigned areas
This role is expected to effectively collaborate, interact, and communicate with both internal and external partners

Job Role Responsibilities

Technology Program Support: Develop test plans, review data, and conduct analysis to define lead technical solutions aligned with deliverables and expectations
Technical Knowledge Development: Develop a fundamental understanding of products and applications; contribute to IP
External Engagement: Support external engagement (customers, industry, suppliers, 3P labs, etc.) in collaboration with the business and manufacturing to sustain / grow value
Documentation and Communication: Document, validate, and communicate completed efforts so that others can leverage the work to enable efficient future similar efforts
Compliance: Understand, use, and comply with internal processes / systems and industry specifications / standards
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve work processes and tools; develop an understanding of the technology connection to business needs
Mentorship and Networking: Seek out mentors and networks
