IOTA Group is recruiting for Mozambique LNG project. The Mozambique LNG project is a large-scale, world-class gas development requiring high standards of safety, technical expertise, and execution. As part of the commissioning team, the Commissioning Inlet Gas & Flare Lead will play a critical role in delivering key process facilities, ensuring systems are fully tested, compliant, and ready for safe start-up and handover to Operations.

Job Description

• Lead commissioning activities for inlet gas, condensate, separation, MEG regeneration, and flare systems
• Supervise and coordinate contractors and vendors during pre-commissioning and commissioning phases
• Ensure systems and subsystems are completed, tested, and ready for start-up (RFSU) and loading (RFL)
• Interface with engineering, construction, procurement, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution
• Manage site commissioning activities and contractor interfaces during execution phase
• Support development of commissioning procedures and deliverables during engineering phase
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements
• Coordinate with Operations for witnessing, handover, and SIMOPS activities after hydrocarbon introduction
• Monitor progress and ensure all activities are performed safely and on schedule

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of inlet, separation, and offsite/process facilities
• Minimum 15 years of experience in onshore and/or offshore projects
• At least 10 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Minimum 10 years of experience in commissioning process systems
• Proven experience in senior commissioning roles (5+ years)
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in complex, multi-contractor environments
• Strong commitment to safety and project delivery
