We are looking for our client, a company specialized in railway infrastructure, for a Railway Project Manager (M/F) for an international high-speed rail project.

Railway Project Manager (M/F) - What will be your missions and responsibilities?

Reporting to the project management office, you will be responsible for the overall management of a major railway project (high-speed line - 330 km double track).

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring overall project management in terms of cost, schedule, and quality
• Managing contract follow-up with the client and all stakeholders
• Monitoring the budget, margins, and ensuring project profitability
• Defining, structuring, and tracking the master schedule
• Making strategic project decisions
• Supervising operational teams, including Construction Managers
• Coordinating interfaces between different technical packages
• Identifying, analyzing, and managing risks (technical, contractual, financial)
• Providing regular reporting to management and the client
• Ensuring project objectives are aligned with contractual commitments

You will be the guarantor of the project's overall performance.

Which profile and skills are required for this Railway Project Manager position?

• Education
Engineering degree (civil, railway, or public works engineering or equivalent)

• Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience managing complex projects
Proven experience in railway projects during the execution phase
Experience in contract and financial management
International experience is highly valued

• Skills
Leadership and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
Strategic vision and decision-making skills
Strong contract and financial management skills
Excellent management of interfaces and stakeholder coordination

• Languages
Fluent English required
French not mandatory
Arabic not required
