JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist with compliance reviews, general risk assessments and other safety assessments to support the site HSE program.
• Maintain HSE logs and records and prepare applicable HSE reports in required systems.
• Assist in incident/near-miss investigations: gather evidence, document findings, participate in root-cause analysis and help implement corrective actions.
• Perform routine inspections (production areas, contractor activities, permits) and report findings; follow up on corrective actions.
• Assist with HSE training delivery and competence checks; support onboarding and toolbox talks.
• Support contractor pre-qualification checks, on-site contractor monitoring and documentation.
• Observe and promote safe working practices; correct obvious hazards or escalate per local procedure.

Perform other duties as assigned and comply with NOV and site HSE policies and procedures.
