MULTICAT SKIPPER

Responsibilities

Command and operate Multicat vessel in support of dredging, marine construction, towing, anchor handling, and logistics operations.

Ensure safe navigation, maneuvering, and positioning of the vessel in confined and busy work areas.

Supervise deck crew during towing, anchor handling, barge assistance, and equipment deployment.

Carry out routine vessel inspections, maintenance checks, and ensure seaworthiness.

Maintain compliance with company policies, flag state, and international maritime regulations.

Oversee loading/unloading of stores, fuel, and equipment transfers.

Prepare and maintain voyage logs, reports, and operational records.

Promote safe working practices and lead emergency drills onboard.
