This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute well test programs according to client specifications Supervise and mentor a team of well test operators Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvement Coordinate with clients and other stakeholders to ensure project success Required Skills and Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in well testing operations Strong technical knowledge of well testing equipment and procedures Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Experience working in the oil and gas industry in Malaysia
