Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Project Controls (Cost) Specialist to join our team in Charlotte. As a senior member of the project controls team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all cost-related aspects of our projects. This role requires a strong background in project controls, cost estimation, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project cost estimates and budgets
• Monitor project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Prepare regular cost reports and forecasts for project stakeholders
• Analyze project financial data and provide insights to project teams
• Ensure compliance with project cost control procedures and guidelines

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project controls, cost estimation, or related field
• Proficiency in cost control software and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
