Your responsibilities:

As the Global Solution (GSC) Manager, Robotics Products, you will develop and implement growth strategy for robotics products in line with global Automotive strategy, market needs and sales team collaboration and feedback from customers. As part of the global Automotive management team, you will actively contribute to business success and growth through ensuring project excellence in the Products portfolio and manage customer escalation issues while managing global strategy in the area of responsibility.

You are expected to drive strong and connected teams through leadership with various local teams across the globe and a market focused approach to achieve business success.

You will be mainly accountable for: :

• Owns all KPIs for operations and portfolio performance, ensuring delivery in line with ABB expectations.
• Delivers operational targets across safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity, with full accountability for execution.
• Ensures on‑time and on‑margin project delivery, meeting EBIT and cash commitments.
• Builds and maintains a sustainable, end‑to‑end value chain from supplier to customer, covering products, projects, and services.
• Establishes effective S&OP processes and is accountable for their outcomes, while overseeing quality assurance, quality control, and the integrated quality management system.
• Continuously improves business processes, customer satisfaction, and operational risk management, strengthening reliability and effectiveness across all operations.

Your background:

• University degree in Management or a Technical field is required.
• Proven experience directing strategy for robotic applications serving automotive customers.
• 15+ years in senior management roles within industrial automation companies operating in global or international business environments.
• Demonstrated success working in highly matrixed organizations, coordinating across geographies and multiple business levels.
• Action‑oriented, results‑driven leader with strong teamwork capabilities and the ability to influence at all levels of management.
• Professional proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
