Requirements

To excel as a Deck Lifting Rigger, you'll need:

• To be a UK national or UK Frontier Worker Permit holder, ready for offshore adventures.
• Certifications like BOSIET, HUET, CA-EBS, and STCW Basic Safety Training (SOLAS) are essential for your safety and success.
• Your STCW Security Awareness (A-VI/6-1) and Confined Space Entry certificates ensure you're always prepared.
• A valid passport and Seaman's Book are crucial for international travel and work.
• For AB/Rigger roles, your CoC Able Seafarer (II/5) and OPITO Rigger Stage 1/2/3 will be vital for your daily tasks as a Deck Lifting Rigger.
• If you're eyeing Crane Operator roles, Forklift / Telescopic Crane Operators and Telehandler / Telescopic Handler Certificates are a must.
