Function Description

We are currently recruiting skilled Deck Crew to join our offshore teams for work in UK waters. If you have a strong background in deck operations, rigging, lifting, or equipment handling, we would like to hear from you.

Depending on your qualifications, responsibilities may include:

• Supporting daily deck operations, mooring, cargo handling, and crane activities.
• Carrying out rigging duties, preparing lifting gear, and assisting with heavy‑lift operations.
• Inspecting, maintaining, and properly securing deck tools, rigging equipment, and lifting components.
• Guiding crane movements and ensuring safe load handling in line with lifting plans.
• Operating forklifts or telescopic handlers for cargo movements (for certified operators).
• Maintaining high safety standards, proper housekeeping, and compliance with vessel procedures.
• Supervising rigging teams and coordinating tasks (for Rigger Team Leader roles).

Requirements

Requirements:

UK national or UK Frontier Worker Permit (UK FWP) holder.

BOSIET, HUET, CA‑EBS.

STCW Basic Safety Training (SOLAS).

STCW Security Awareness (A‑VI/6‑1).

Confined Space Entry.

Valid passport and Seaman's Book.

CoC Able Seafarer - Deck (II/5) For Able Seaman role.

OPITO Rigger Stage 1/2/3 depending on experience level.

Telehandler / Telescopic Handler Certificate and Forklift certificate for Crane Operators role.
