We are currently looking for Procurement Global Additives Manager - Motorcycles (MCO) and Chemicals for India based at Mumbai with details mentioned below.
Let me tell you about the role!
• Lead global strategy and procurement for MCO additives.
• Manage procurement of chemicals for India business.
• Support RFQs for MCO and industrial products and chemicals in India.
• Develop and manage supplier relationships globally and locally.
• Drive value delivery and change implementation.
• Build risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance.
• Monitor performance and benchmarking.
• Provide local support for other additive categories (e.g., PCO, CVO, Polymers).
What will you deliver?
• Lead global strategy and procurement for MCO additives.
• Manage procurement of chemicals for India business.
• Support RFQs for MCO and industrial products and chemicals in India.
• Develop and manage supplier relationships globally and locally.
• Drive value delivery and change implementation.
• Build risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance.
• Monitor performance and benchmarking.
• Provide local support for other additive categories (e.g., PCO, CVO, Polymers).
• Authority over global sourcing of MCO additives and India chemicals.
• Define short, medium, and long-term sourcing strategies.
• Set annual and long-term plans and forecasts for MCO additives and chemicals.
What will make you successful
Education
University degree or equivalent in a technical/commercial discipline.
Experience
Raw material category experience in global businesses; advanced sourcing tools.
