Key Accountabilities
Operational reporting & insights
- Act as the SME for O2C operational reporting across SAP, Salesforce, and OMS.
- Deliver accurate, timely reporting and insights for business and support teams using enterprise reporting tools and data sources.
- Provide data‑driven commentary and forecasting inputs to support leadership decision‑making.
Stakeholder engagement & continuous improvement
- Collaborator engagement with business, operations, and Supply Chain teams in different time zones to drive data assurance and respond to data needs.
- Build data analysis products, translate business queries into clear reporting requirements, identifying trends, performance gaps and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain simple, effective, and future proof GME business analytics solutions.
- Develop clear, timely, and accurate periodic management reports that drive continuous improvement.
- Automate recurring reports and enable self-serve dashboards where applicable.
- Respond to ad hoc data and reporting requests from business units or leadership.
- Analyse and prepare presentations that communicate complex findings in a simple, concise, and interpretable manner.
- Identify and support O2C process improvement opportunities to reduce rework, improve cash delivery, and enhance customer experience.
- Support multi-functional projects with reporting, analysis, and benchmark impact assessments.
- Develop new Power BI solutions in line with internal processes, standards, and guidelines.
- Maintain and enhance existing Power BI dashboards, ensuring ongoing data accuracy and reliability
- Connect functional experts to ensure shared understanding of the end to end O2C process (order, delivery, billing, cash)
- Ensure analytics solutions are scalable, robust, and aligned with long term business needs.
- Develop and maintain tracking tools to log data issues, enhancement requests, reporting schedules, and resolution status.
- Apply Microsoft technologies , Artificial Intelligence (AI) practices to optimize, streamline, and automate analytics processes
KPI governance & data quality
- Own periodic reviews of end‑to‑end O2C critical metrics, including definitions, calculation logic, and targets.
- Ensure consistency and reconciliation of key metrics across systems, maintaining a trusted "one version of the truth".
- Define and maintain reporting SLAs for accuracy and timeliness; contribute to team KPI performance.
- Create, document, and maintain KPI definitions, reporting logic, and SOPs
- Develop monthly performance packs by WD5
Operational issue resolution
- Monitor and help resolve stuck orders and process exceptions; identify root causes and coordinate corrective actions with relevant teams.
- Partner cross‑functionally to resolve issues impacting O2C performance and customer experience.
- Drive follow‑ups and raise risks or stalled actions with right ownership and consistent progress.
Data management
- Ensure visibility of data collection and collation processes to demonstrate data integrity
- Ensure BP policy alignment in operations and raise warning for any key incidents
- Manage and analyse GME business data to support GME Strategy, business objectives and performance targets.
- Own and maintain data quality to ensure reliable, evidence‑based reporting and analytics.
- Ensure transparency in data collection, transformation, and collation processes to demonstrate data integrity.
- Ensure compliance with BP policies and standards and raise warnings for any key data or reporting incidents
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in any reporting subject area or related field
- Experience in analytics field covering data management, collaborator engagement, analytical & visualisation skills through Power BI tools with special focus on Order to Cash process.
- Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, Power Query, design and manipulate complex graphs / formulas; Power Pivot is a plus).
- Hands on experience working with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, OMS, SAP, JDE) and O2C System - Order Management Tools, SAP, Salesforce with special focus on investigating data or process issues.
