About the mission we offer you:
Within the Procurement Department at Technip Energies, we are seeking a work-study student in Indirect Procurement to join our team.
You will participate in value-added procurement projects and help optimize spending across various procurement categories (HR, Facilities Management, Marketing & Communications, Travel, Professional Services, etc.).
This apprenticeship will allow you to discover the strategic role of procurement in the companys performance, working with a variety of stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
Your Responsibilities
Working alongside the Lead Procurement for Support Functions, you will be involved in the following:
Expense Analysis
• Conduct expense analyses
• Identifying opportunities for supplier optimization and rationalization
• Contributing to the monitoring of procurement performance indicators
Supplier consultations
• Apply the process established by the Indirect Purchasing Department, particularly regarding methods, compliance, and HSE rules
• Participate in strategy development and the launch of requests for information (RFI), requests for proposal (RFP), and requests for quotation (RFQ)
• Analyze supplier proposals and prepare comparisons
• Contribute to negotiations and recommendations regarding supplier selection
Supplier Management and Monitoring
• Help monitor supplier performance
• Contribute to contract management and supplier onboarding
Continuous Improvement
• Help optimize procurement processes
• Contribute to projects aimed at improving the procurement function
• Support the implementation of contracts within internal units
Starting Date: September 2026
Duration: 12 or 24 months

A student pursuing a bachelors or masters degree (business school, university, or engineering school) with a specialization in procurement.
Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Business-level English required in an international context
Personal Qualities
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
