The GRDP Trainee is responsible for completing competency-based Manufacturing Global Rotation Development Program (GRDP).

• Excel in GRDP rotations involving learning and competency events, and on-job performance.
• Ensure safe, accurate and on-time jobs as part of manufacturing plant operations.
• Mentor others as required.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs.
• Act as back-up for first level of management, when requested.
• Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement, wherever applicable.

• No prerequisite experience required but demonstrable interest in manufacturing is highly desired.
• Fresh-out graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
