Key Responsibilities
- Provide input and advice on environmental tasks including development of environmental impact assessments, environmental approval applications, EMPs, and other environmental studies and management plans
- Produce high quality professional deliverables
- Develop environmental solutions in collaboration with other internal/external professionals
- Work independently or provide leadership to complete environmental tasks to a high standard including development of environmental impact assessments, environmental approval applications, EMPs, and other environmental studies and management plans
- Work cooperatively with a wide range of technical specialists and project managers
- Provide technical and field task input to environmental disciplines including water quality and soils assessment in both terrestrial and marine environments
- Be proficient in the application of relevant Commonwealth, State and Local legislation, policies and guidelines.
Requirements
- Extensive experience across environmental consulting
- Proven capability in professional technical writing in a consulting environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel to carryout field assessments in remote areas
- Graduate or postgraduate qualifications in environmental science, planning or other relevant discipline.
